"We Met On Myspace"

In the summer of 2005, after returning from college, I moved in with my grandparents in Bourbonnais, who happen to receive the Kankakee Daily Journal. The day after I moved in, I was leafing through the newspaper and saw an article about a guy named Christian who was a student at Trendsetters College of Cosmetology. I read it and thought he sounded really fun.

Fastforward a few weeks, to when I rediscovered Myspace. I was searching for old friends and came across Christian's page. I messaged him, he messaged me, we talked all night and the rest is history! We ended up dating a month later, and have been together ever since! (It wasn't creepy cuz we had a lot of the same friends.)

Three years after we began dating, we went to carve our initials in a tree to mark the occasion. After we finished carving, Christian told me he loved me, and after three years, I'd waited long enough! He pulled out my gorgeous ring, asked me to marry him, and I said yes!

Our wedding will be held at Perry Farm at the gazebo on Coyne St. It will take place next to a lovely little pond, and I can't wait! September 13, 2009, 5pm!!

Following our ceremony, the reception will take place at Quality Inn and Suites in Bradley, IL. I can't wait to dance all night and see my peacock theme realized!
