Things to know

We have setup a room block within the resort. This will allow our rooms to be kept closer together. Cherie will also be able to lock down the lowest rates for all guests with this setup.
There is a $100 per person deposit for reserving a room.
The full payment for the resort is due 60 days before your date of travel. If you are booking your flights with Cherie as well, air fare will be due at the time of booking. Flights are non-refundable but may be changed by paying a change fee to the airline.
To par-take in the room block, please reserve by June 20th, 2013. We will be releasing the block at that time.
You may still contact Cherie for a reservation to the resort after June 20th, but the room block may already have expired and you won't be able to take advantage of it.
To Book
All you have to do is tell Cherie that you are attending Barbara and Victor's wedding and she will know how to help you from there.
You will need your dates of travel, preferred airport, how many adults and children, your name and birthdate that is on your passport to complete the booking process.

Our currently locked in rates are as follows. They are listed as per person, per # night rates. The pricing includes room accomondations, an all-inclusive meal plan, airport transfers, all taxes and gratuities.

Other pricing details
Children under 3 years of age is free.
The rates will drop for everyone if the resort drops their rates, we are guaranteed the lowest resort rates for everyone within the group up until June 20th (Exclusions for 'Deal of the Day' promotions).
Dreams resort requires a minimum of 3 nights stay, but they will sometimes accept lesser night stays. Please ask Cherie if you would like to stay less than 3 nights.
If you are not booking through Cherie, we recommend using a third party transport service over the one provided by the resort as we've found others to be cheaper. (Cancun Airport Transport Service, USA Transfers Service)
Cancellations
You can cancel 65 days before our arrival date (June 20th) and receive a full refund. Cancellations 65-35 days prior to date will get penaltalized the price of 1 night stay (exceptions may apply, ask us). Cancellations after 34 days prior will result in a full penalty (no cancellations).
