After spending $63.00 and a total of 37 minutes on my new match.com profile, I received a private message from "brothamd". We exchanged a few messages, phone calls and video chats and decided to meet for lunch that weekend. After lunch, a little shopping, a movie, dinner, drinks, and countless Dave and Busters Supershot basketball games (all of which I won... handily!) we decided to call it a night.  I cancelled my profile the next day, and the rest is history! 

I’d been surfing on Match for a couple months, had gone on numerous dates—even some good ones—but hadn’t yet found anyone I could envision as my wife.  Until I came across Chanel's profile. She was articulate and bold. We corresponded by e-mail briefly, then video chatted over FaceTime. The conversations flowed effortlessly and we made plans to meet  that weekend at the Mall. The date lasted for over 10 hours, and every minute of it was wonderful. By the end I was exhausted from allowing her to win at the Dave and Buster's basketball game ;-).  She may have beat me that day, but I ULTIMATELY WON.
