We will be booking through Apple Vacations and we have reserved a block of rooms for our guests so that we can all celebrate together! Amanda and Abby from Apple vacations have assisted us with hotel booking arrangements and they'll assist you with your booking as well. Feel free to reach out to them with any questions or concerns. The above booking website will provide all necessary contact info and will detail the payment timelines and booking schedule. Of course, Amanda & Abby at Apple Vacations can also assist with your flights and any other travel related questions you may have. 

Flights can be booked through Apple Vacations or they can be booked through your preferred travel / frequent flyer method should you prefer to use your miles or earn points etc.

Sean and I booked our flights through Orbitz. We will be traveling from JFK on AeroMexico's 7:10am flight on 8/8/2016.
