Today we received our first wedding gift from one of Alfredo's best friend Elizabeth! I was so excited to get an email from the hotel saying we had received a gift! It's amazing how one person in one day can create so much excitement for us. We were buzzing around the house talking about it because it took me hours to figure out how to log back into the website so we could see who it was from! It was kinda funny!

Hello everyone! I have never written a blog before so bear with me if it us unbearable or just skip reading it all together if its too boring. The purpose of this blog is to share the next month of excitement with our family and friends. Alfredo and I have been looking forward to our wedding for a year now. Yes, we are lazy bums and chose to not have to plan anything or have this large party with lots of people we dont know which is why we chose to have our wedding in Tulum, Mexico. So, while we have been excited we really havent done much, lol. Now it is crunch time and planning is overwhelming and sorting out finances is frustrating, but all in all, this has been a good experience for us. So everyday, if I remember, I am going to try and upload a little something about our wedding, our future or just something funny and sweet to share.  So todays excitement....drum roll.....I got my wedding shower invitation in the mail!!!!
