** Rates above for DREAMS LAS MAREAS - JUNIOR SUITE OCEAN VIEW ALL INCLUSIVE (7 nights) include an EBB (Early Booking Bonus). 

In order to receive rates, all passenger names and final payments must be received in office no later than December 13, 2016. 

If EBB date is not met, rates will increase by $610.00 per adult based on single occupancy, $430.00 per adult based on double occupancy, $430.00 per adult based on triple occupancy.

Group Conditions:

•Child rates above require a minimum of 2 adults sharing the same room to qualify.

•Final payment and complete rooming lists are due in office 7 business days prior to any regular Early Booking Bonus deadlines. Group Booking Contracts and Invoices will reflect this mandatory date

•All space is subject to availability at time of booking.

•Quotes are based on lowest available room category, unless otherwise requested. Promotional room categories are not applicable to groups.

•All time limited savings are reflected in the price quote. Prices will increase accordingly if not booked by the promotions' expiry date, regardless of quote validity date. Please review our list of Group Promotions below for details.

•Tax amount at time of group booking will apply.

Local Departure Taxes:

Not included. Passengers must pay locally upon arrival or departure from destination. Cost subject to change without notice. COSTA RICA: $29.00 USD

Adding to a Group: 

Groups may add to a total of 50 passengers or 20% up to 60 days prior to departure at the original contract rate based on availability. The Early Booking Bonus discount is applicable if the group is booked and paid in full by deadline noted above. Government taxes and currency surcharges are excluded. Not applicable to Las Vegas, Florida, Air Only, Europe or Cruise bookings. Restrictions may apply. Conditions may differ for incentive/corporate or specialty groups.
