Finally... ten long years later, we are finally tying the knot! A special thanks to two of our mutual friends we've had for many years the brought us back together. It was this past December (2012) that we had the opportunity to go out on a few dates. Since then we have been completely inseparable and totally in love! It has been a dream come true for the both of us!

Once the ring was placed, on the correct finger. It was time to lock in the location. We decided on Dreams Resort & Spa of La Romana in the Dominican Republic. We chose this for a few different reasons, other then the absolutely gorgeous atmosphere in the Caribbean, Dreams is also very well known in the wedding community for their fantastic weddings. Over the years Dreams has received many awards when it comes to their wedding, resort, spa, staff, environment, etc. Once we spoke to our travel agent, Harry, with Apple Vacations we knew this would be the perfect spot. 

I'm sure it's not a surprise to everyone that we chose the beach to exchange our vowels. With the breathtaking backdrop of the crystal clear Caribbean ocean, soft white sand between our toes, and ocean breeze blowing it will be perfect! 

We will have our best friends by our side for support, the girls include Matron of Honor - Sarah Simpson; Maid of Honor - Meghann Mikluscak; Bridesmaid- Rebecca Maser; Bridesmaid - Lauren Filicky; Bridesmaid - Hannah Mikluscak. The guys include Best Man - Alan Wilson; Groomsman - Nick Shoaf; Groomsman - Aaron Mikluscak; Groomsman - Zac Maser; Groomsman - Kevin Schmidt. And we can't forget our Mini Bride - Lola Mikluscak!

The ceremony will take place May 9, 2014 at 5:30... see you on the beach! (wear what makes you most comfortable in the sand!)

We decided to have a celebration at home. Since we are having a destination wedding and know that many of our friends and family. unfortunately, won't be able to join us while we exchange our vowels.

We will be celebrating our marriage on May 18, the Sunday following our return from the Dominican. It's at El Patron in our hometown, Uniontown. It's on of our favorite restaurants!! We plan to keep it pretty standard to your typical wedding reception. Casual dress is recommended, please no jeans. Drinking and dancing is required, can't wait for the fiesta!

We are thrilled to share these days with you, throughout May, whether it be in the sunny Caribbean or back in good ol' Pennsylvania. It's a blessing to have so many wonderful friends and family members supporting our love. Thank you, we love you all!
