We are mailing out the Save the Dates to everyone today.

As noted in the additional info, please consider this your formal invitation. It just seemed silly to send out an additional invitation in the traditional "3-4 months prior" window, when everyone will have long decided upon their attendance and booked their accomodations by then.

I know I'm beating a dead horse (sorry!) but we do request everyone to RSVP as soon as they know whether or not they will be attending, and no later than 6 months prior to the wedding. Especially for those who know for sure they will not be able to attend (we will miss you!!). The resort has min. and max. capacities on certain locations for the ceremony and reception, so the sooner we are able to narrow down a total # of guests, the sooner we (read: the bride) can stop freaking out and stressing over it :)

Also, although Derek and I are NOT social media people, we have tried to stay with the times and came up with a hashtag haha. So as of right now our official hashtag is #gardnerandshrub2020. Let us know if you get it or if you have any better suggestions (lol seriously...)
