The Ceremony will look a little something like this...it will take place on the beautiful white beach of Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa.

We will have a beach front wedding with a Mexican Judge that will perform the ceremony. The plan is to have bridesmaids, groomsmen, flower girl, ring bearer and all. There will also be an interpreter as the Judge performs the ceremony in Spanish only. After the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour for all of you with a Live Mexican Music Trio and this will include appetizers: cream cheese with walnuts on melba bread, mushroom stuffed cream cheese with black truffle and shrimp with parsley served on melba bread. This will be followed by a beautiful reception dinner on the dolphin terrace, which will include NOT ONLY CAKE, SPARKLING WINE AND DRINKS, but the following main (chosen) course: Bruschetta with prosciutto, tomato and fresh basil for an appetizer; Mixed Italians lettuce with citrus vinaigrette for salad; Surf&Turf (Mignon and Shrimps) with a gravy sauce and malted butter as a main course and Tiramisu as a dessert. As far as the main course goes, Surf & Turf was the best option (Salmon and Pork were my only other options). Some people do not like fish, others not so much on steak, so that was the best of both worlds. I am checking into a VEGETARIAN ALTERNATIVE. During dinner, we will also have a DJ with music and dancing on the beach. And of course, nothing but FUN, LOVE, ENTERTAINMENT and QUALITY TIME WITH WONDERFUL FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
